Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. A 15% administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations (this includes purchase orders and unpaid registrations). There will be no refunds after Thursday, May 21, 2026. You will receive a confirmation email within 1-2 days of the receipt of your registration form. If you do not, please contact the WSU Conference Office at (316) 978-6493.
Right of Termination for Cause
This agreement and the University’s obligations hereunder regarding this conference and the presentation of any or all associated sessions and optional entertainment events are subject to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other similar cause beyond the control of the parties making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to hold the event or provide the facility. If the conference or any associated event is canceled due to one of the aforementioned occurrences, the liability of the University shall be limited to refunding the conference registration fee or a portion thereof. The University shall not be responsible for consequential damages, including, but not limited to, any losses incurred by registrants including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges, hotel deposits and other associated travel costs.

WSU collects and uses personally identifiable information entered in this website for authorized business functions of the Office for Workforce, Professional, and Community Education. Electronic Media Release
I understand that I may be photographed or recorded during participation in the conference and that the photos, videos, and/or audio recordings may be used for marketing, promotional purposes, and/or other legitimate purpose as determined by WSU. I consent to the use of my name, likeness, and voice, and waive any right to inspect or approve any images or recordings which may be used in connection with my participation in the conference. I understand that I will not be compensated for any such use. I hereby grant Wichita State University and/or parties designated by Wichita State University (including clients, purchasers, agencies, and periodicals, or other printed matter and their editors), without limitation, the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works from, university related photographs, and/or audio recordings, and/or video images of me. This release includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images and/or audio, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, in the University newspaper, alumni magazine, and/or public relations/promotional materials, such as marketing and admissions publications, advertisements, fundraising materials, and any other University-related publication. The images and/or audio may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to the University and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, and electronic/online media (image, voice, video, performance, artwork or likeness).
